Your support helps protect the places that tell Louisiana’s story.
The Louisiana Trust for Historic Preservation (LTHP) works to advocate for, promote, and preserve the rich and diverse historic resources of our state. From endangered landmarks to community education and technical assistance for property owners and local advocates, every effort we make is powered by people like you.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are committed to being accessible by all sites, individuals, and communities who need the services our statewide preservation organization provides.
The Louisiana Trust receives no tax dollars for operations. Support from memberships, donations, event admissions, sponsorships, and project-related grants makes it possible for LTHP to provide services each year. We value your support and pledge to use it responsibly as we provide services to protect the cultural resources of Louisiana.
How you can support our work:
- Become a member to join a network of preservation advocates across Louisiana
- Make a donation to directly fund preservation education, advocacy, and outreach
- Include LTHP in your planned giving to leave a legacy that protects Louisiana’s historic places for future generations
No matter how you choose to give, your support ensures that Louisiana’s irreplaceable historic and cultural treasures continue to inspire, educate, and connect communities statewide.
